About Andrew Corax
tarot reader & educator / metaphysical maker
The Tarot Crow is owned and operated by me, Andrew Corax. I'm a professional tarot reader and educator and I personally handcraft over 100 Tarot-inspired enchantments in my workshop in Seattle.
What you experience here is a prismatic outward projection of my inner world and experience. It is chaotic and fastidious, intuitive and analytical, soft and indomitable. It fluctuates between setting itself ablaze to be devoured into the porous collective and aggregating to a dense matter to coagulate in deep, mossy silence.
My intention from the very beginning has been to carve out a dignified and ethical livelihood in spite of the relentless pit traps of late-stage capitalism. I abandoned a 20+ year, high-profile career in digital marketing because it was making my soul sick. I stripped my life down to the roots and found the clarity of purpose that had been obscured by creature comforts and distraction. There was no template for what the Buddhists call my "right livelihood". One interaction, one moment, one event at a time, I had to build it. With generosity, hard work and integrity.
Now a few years into this expression of my true will, I've embarked on a new journey. My shop opened in late 2025 in Pike Place market and it will be a new expression of this vision. One that slowly compounds in its complexity and ability to serve the community. My shop is a shrine to the archetypes and elements Tarot, a tribute to divination's human agents and to the alluring glory of plants. It is a place to gather insight, to indulge your senses and to stoke the fire of your curiosity. All dressed up in matte black, copper and red cedar.
